MEDICINE BALL CORE ROUTINE

Start with a smaller ball until the goal reps are meet, then increase the KG of the medicine ball.

1. ALTERNATING BALL TO FOOT
  • GOAL - 36 REPS
2. CRUNCH HOLD WITH DUAL LEG DROP
  • GOAL - 20 REPS
3. ALTERNATING OBLIQUE TWIST
  • GOAL - 25 EACH WAY
4. HYPEREXTENSION WITH BALL BEHIND HEAD
  • GOAL - 20 REPS
5. FULL SIT-UP WITH TALL SPINE & CURL DOWN
  • GOAL 20 REPS
