2. CRUNCH HOLD WITH DUAL LEG DROP
- GOAL - 20 REPS
3. ALTERNATING OBLIQUE TWIST
- GOAL - 25 EACH WAY
4. HYPEREXTENSION WITH BALL BEHIND HEAD
- GOAL - 20 REPS
5. FULL SIT-UP WITH TALL SPINE & CURL DOWN
- GOAL 20 REPS
